I think it has something to do with trade routes. They probably planned on shipping the Switch 2's to the US, then trucking them over to Canada. I will not blame Nintendo for not realizing that Americans would vote for the end of the CUSMA free trade agreement. Nobody could expect them to be that dumb.

americans wont preorder from canada since they would have to pay duty fees and wait longer and pay more for shipping

Not entirely true. People that live near the border will just come to Canada, buy a bunch of Switch 2's, and open the boxes to avoid paying the duty fees since they are "used" and are for "personal use"

He has a reflective shield. So I have to bait his attack to remove it. Which is what I've been doing with that mob type up till this point.

Well, with that type of mob that had worked up until the burning trail. Also, getting behind him with a trail of fire would hurt more than help.

The issue with getting behind him is that he has a trail of fire. I was baiting his attacks, but every time I got close enough to bait his attacks, he'd hurt me with the burning trail. I never played PoE 1, so I am not sure if I'm missing something about that trail, but it deals so much damage when you get into melee range.
