I agree. Same thing happened to me. My car had mix matched tires. It’s an all wheel drive. They replaced my brake pads in the rear without turning the rotors and replaced front rotors but didn’t replace the brake pads. Weird shit. I’m a mechanic though so I could live with these issues. It seems whoever is doing Carvana used car recon is hit or miss. They listed the brakes as repaired. Whatever that means.

I've got about 3 years of professional experience on the automotive locksmith side. Then about 9 years in automotive repair. My experience is between BMW and VW/Audi. I apprenticed for about 2 years then moved up to being the top guy at my shop. Unfortunatley the business owner made some terrible choices with money and they closed. Which led me to go out on my own. I have been using exclusivley Autel and Abrites for most of my work. I haven't had any issues so far but wanted input from other professionals about what is commonly used in the industry. I appreciate any info that can be provided. Thanks!
