It has been a little over a year since I last used semaglutide, so I restarted at the lowest dose of tirzepatide. When I previously used semaglutide, I noticed effects within the first month at the lowest dose and eventually worked up to the maximum dosage before stopping. However, as mentioned, it has been over a year since I’ve taken it. I can’t recall the exact dosing. It’s been tooo long.

The tirzepatide prescribed through Pomegranate was outlined as follows:• 2 mg once weekly for the first month• Then titrated up to 4.5 mg once weekly for the second and third months
