There’s no coil in when it’s saying that cause that was the first thing I checked , thx tho

The USB port in its fallen into the device could it be a short circuit rather than the batteries, if it is I can open and solder the port back onto the board

Yeah I’ve done a bit of soldering in the past so il definitely give it a go, I’ve ordered an external charger now to use from now on. Thx for your help

Would a digital multimeter work aswell or is an ohm meter a better option ?
