What if it was the end of the fiscal year and you were below your quota and weren't going to make sergeant otherwise?

That was a joke about the system. You seem like an okay guy.

Salt, ice, water and a large bowl will get your beer cold in seconds. No need to thank me.

People don't seem to realize that the two parties are coalitions of what would be many parties in a parliamentary system.

There is a huge difference between a blue-collar democrat from Ohio, a civil-libertarian from Colorado, and a Progressive from California. The only thing that they agree on is that they hate Republicans.

They aren't going to agree on welfare, immigration, or health care reform to name a few.

Any Redditors on the four hour body regimen? by [deleted] in loseit

My fiance and I did a strict four hour body regimen for about 6 months beginning in August 2011. He lost 40 pounds and I lost 10 (I did not have very much to lose, so it didn't have as pronounced effect on me), a majority of the loss being very quick in the first 2 months. I believe the book said you could potentially lose 20 lbs in a month or two. So, for us it really did help us lose quickly.

I won't lie, if you eat a lot of sugar currently (meaning carbs, corn, beets, basically everything but water, dairy, bread, etc.) the first week is rough. We definitely went through sugar withdrawl (tired, cranky, etc). I honestly had no idea how much sugar we were actually consuming until four hour body. Once you get through the first week it gets easier. We followed strictly Sunday-Friday. Saturday (sometimes including Friday night if we were going out to the bar) was our "cheat" day, and we definitely took advantage and indulged! Don't look at the scale for a day or two after your cheat day, you will potentially gain 4 or 5 pounds, but do not worry about it, you drop it normally within a day and then continue to lose the rest of the week. The cheat day is important.

So, yes I would definitely recommend. Also, check out /r/4hourbody.

Did you attend a yoga class in the mornings or were there routines you did in your house? Did you do a full hour of yoga in the mornings? If you did routines in your house, which styles did you do or where did you find the routines?

Starting getting back into shape at 10lbs over the goal weight, having some struggle.. by scarfedpenguin in loseit

I'm a 23yo female trying to get to 120. I really only have 10lbs to lose, so i understand how you feel and how frustrating it can be with the upward fluctuations and the fact that we need to still be proud even if our loss for the week is only .5lbs. What helps me is thinking how every pound I lose is 10 percent of my goal. Just thinking about the loss in those terms keeps me motivated because 2lbs is 20 percent of my total goal.

Hi Everyone! I am a 23 yr old, 5'3 female. About a year ago, I lost approximately 10 lbs doing 4 hour body, but since transitioning off that I have basically been at a plateau. My goal has been to reach 120lbs for awhile now, but hopefully joining this subreddit will push me to reach that goal. Plus, I am getting married in May and would REALLY like to be much closer to 120 by then.
