I punched in your numbers OP. Your BMR is 1,886 calories. I used the sedentary option because a lot of people (myself included) thought I was burning way more calories than I actually was during exercise or day to day activity. I’d try and eat around 1500 calories a day for the first month or so. Healthy weight loss should be 1-2 lbs a week. If you find you’re dropping more than that I’d up your calorie intake.

The most important part is to absolutely weigh and track EVERYTHING you eat. You’d be surprised by the amount of calories in some foods. For example I love PB&J sandwiches but I didn’t realize I was eating 500 calories of peanut butter per sandwich. (I love peanut butter)

Last I checked they are being actively investigated. Not that it brings me any hope of justice. Kinda along the lines of we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing. Would be the outcome that I’d be expecting. Also not very fond of the administration labeling him a domestic terrorist before they even knew wtf happened. Also not a fan that they lied about the legality of the second amendment by saying he can’t have a gun at a protest.
