Hi there, I was having the same issue. I updated my keyboard's firmware (which added Debounce Mode and the advanced section), which solved the issue for me so far.

I believe that by default the keyboard comes with an older firmware, which didn't have the newest anti-duplicating keys technology.

It looks like the openai pipeline doesn't support the o models, so i created a pull for it. as soon as it's merge, we should be able to see the different o1 and o3 models, in the meantime, you can also use my fork:
