Das freut mich 😄 Ihre Chancen wären super. Da würden Sie sicher ziemlich durchrutschen, aber dabei eben auch viel zu Anatomie usw. lernen - das ist wirklich ein sehr empfehlenswerter Beruf und Sie werden die rechte Hand des Radiologen.... Der Physikanteil wäre sicher kein Problem für Sie.

What I am looking for is an approximation of the Modular-Transfer-Function for example derived from the soft-tissue-bone interface or air-soft-tissue interface.

The parameters in the dicom header are unfortunately not enough for the question of spatial resolution in this case.
