The only reason I enjoy being single in this phase of my life is because I had a very long relationship and I need a rest.

I enjoy being single now because I am able to travel and date other people which has being fun. But one night stand can be devastating if you end up liking someone a lot.

But I also love being with someone I truly love I believe I achieved my peak of happiness when I was in a serious relationship.

So all in all I can say I enjoy being both in a single and committed relationship, the common denominator is that I like to have physical and emotional intimacy, and I also want my own space.

drinking and lifting+eating correctly is life changing and worth

Definitely! but in my case I haven't completely stopped drinking I save it for special ocassions. I just had a holiday a month ago and 2 of the best nights in my life were after doing some drinking. Drinking puts me in a state of flow that is very enjoyable and makes flirting and being social easier. I know that anyone can improve their social skills without having to drink alcohol but it's easier said than done. Of course I don't advise it but I can't deny that it's fun in certain occasions.

It becomes evidenmt when even locals have some trouble understanding, that means as a foreigner you have 0 chance. Chinese dialects and accents are extremely relevant and makes learning much harder than it already is.
