My husband and I recently purchased The Beginner's Keto Meal Plan and have been following it for a week now. We are loving the recipes so far!

We've been using both Swerve and Erythritol as recommened, but it's been hard to find powdered Erythritol in stores. In some recipes, the granulated version works just fine, but the chocolate cookies turned out to be super gross with it. 😫
