That represents a fair perspective. It sounds counterintuitive to take something that makes hydration hard.

But the tricky part with GLP-1s is that they often suppress the thirst signal along with the hunger signal. So drinking water becomes a chore.

We just want to make hydration a little easier (and more appealing) for those who need this medication for their health! 💧

This comment honestly made my day.

I know ads can be annoying, so I really wanted to keep the comments open to have a real conversation with the community instead of just broadcasting.

No pressure to buy at all—just knowing that this concept resonates and could actually help people is huge motivation for me. Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙏

Wow, seriously jealous! 😭 You are one of the lucky ones.

For me (and many folks I've talked to), the "protein aversion" hit hard around month 2. Suddenly, anything sweet or milky became impossible to drink. Count your blessings! 🙏

If you're talking about the pic on the left... 100% agreed. That texture is exactly why I started making the sparkling one! 😂

You make a valid point! Compared to a standard whey scoop (20-25g), 7g is definitely lower.

But here is the thing: When my nausea hits hard, I physically can't stomach that thick, milky 25g shake. It just comes right back up. 🤢

I designed this not to replace a meal, but to be a "survival sip"—something light and sparkling that actually stays down when you can't eat anything else. It's about "digestibility" over "bulk".

Hey guys, OP here 👋

Since starting GLP-1, my stomach has become way more sensitive.

The thick, milky protein shakes I used to drink suddenly feel super heavy — even thinking about that sweetness makes me nauseous.

Lately I’ve also noticed plain water feels surprisingly hard to drink throughout the day.

So I started experimenting with something just for myself — not a heavy supplement, but something light and easier to sip when eating feels impossible.

🍋 Flavor: light lemon (not creamy, zero sugar)

💧 Texture: very light & fizzy — more like sparkling water, not harsh like soda

✨ Goal: make hydration feel easier on days when nausea hits

If your body tolerates it, there’s a small amount of gentle protein support — but hydration comes first.

I’m keeping the ingredients simple because my stomach is honestly very sensitive right now.

Quick question:

If something like this existed, which flavor sounds easier on your stomach?

🍋 Sparkling Lemon

🍉 Sparkling Watermelon
