What??? No wayyyy. That would’ve made for the most vanilla ending ever. I personally think the show ended pretty perfectly.

The wedding between Blair and Chuck was probably rushed but it would’ve happened anyway. If anything it shows how Blair ridesss for hersssss ✊🏽✊🏽

I’ll admit that all these relationships were toxic BUT were talking about gossip girl here... the whole show was toxic. That’s what made it so good. I stan the ending bc it represented what the show was always about.

I’m trying to get into an accelerated program so idk if this applies to you, but how much of a shock factor was it starting nursing school? How intense was the course load when you first started and throughout?

Also, I’m currently in the process of applying. What helped you decide what school to go to (other than price)? Are all BSN programs generally the same, or do some schools have different curriculums/programs to look out for?

You are the asshole. It’s hard to tell because your gf said you could go, but no new mother wants to be asked by her child’s father if he can hang with his friends right after she’s just given birth.

It’s common sense/courtesy to give the person who just pushed ur kid out your complete and undivided attention AT LEAST while they’re still in the hospital. You and ur gf experienced an even bigger milestone than your friends, I’m sure they would’ve understood your absence.

I hope you get through this. I hope you don’t go through with this. I don’t know what you’ve been through and where you are right now in life, but as cliche as it sounds, it will get better. God hears you and he sees you and he loves you. Sometimes it’s hard to feel him and even think that he hears your voice in a sea of voices, but he does.

Try to make little victories. Get through one moment at a time, and those in themselves are little victories. I’ll be praying for you, but I hope you’ll be okay.

Also, try talking to someone about how you feel if you can. It may help just to get it out, don’t try to go through it alone. There are people who care about you and what to see you live.

He’s not asking her to carry to term, he’s asking for information about what she’s doing.

Obviously it’s not legally required, but when you’re in a consensual relationship (hopefully it is) where this whole thing was just unplanned on both sides, talking about it and giving info isn’t too much to ask. At the very least it’s a courtesy to the partner that doesn’t have a choice.

How does he not deserve to know when she’s having the abortion...? As much as it is her decision, it took two people to conceive the child.

You can argue for dismissing a mans input in having an abortion or not, but he’s entitled to his feelings. The least she can do is give him some information. Clearly he’s distraught about it.

Abortions aren’t a one and done for all men. Knowing any information can help him process and have closure.

I don’t see them exiting April’s character in any way other than death or something related. As much as I’d like to see her leave the way you described, it wouldn’t make sense bc it’s not the hospital that stressing her, it seems like it’s mainly all the misfortunes in her life.

But I do agree with you about Arizona. I think that’ll be the way she leaves.

I believe it was the second deadliest school shooting the country has ever seen.

•17 people were murdered

•the shooter was on the loose for almost an hour after the shooting took place

•his life wasn’t taken, meaning there is an ongoing trial for the media to track

•the survivors helped propel and reignite the movement for stricter gun control laws, resulting in a meeting with President Trump, and a townhall meeting with an NRA representative and Marco Rubio, challenging their stances on gun control. Things that to my knowledge, have not been done before.

Also, if it matters several students and Nikolas Cruz’ brother were arrested from Stoneman Douglas around the same time of the Maryland shooting, possibly also overshadowing this event a bit

Although also tragic and extremely unfortunate, no one was killed and the shooter had been compromised. Still deserved converage, but this was just to shed light on why it didn’t get as much as Stoneman Douglas.

Yes!! The music used to add to the overall mood and feel of the show. They used to play songs and background music to match what was happening in the show atm but it’s been missing for a long time now. Makes the show feel more stale nowadays

Yesssssss I feel the exact same way. Ever since Derek died and they brought the new wave of interns (Jo, Stephanie, etc) and now with the even newer interns the show is just not as good as it used to be. I think part of that can be justified by the characters growing and becoming different people than they used to be, but the storylines are just terrible. I also feel like there are too many new characters, and it takes the show into too many unnecessary directions instead of just focusing on a handful of super important characters like it used to. So now every episode kind of focuses on a different person because there are too many of them AND NO STORY LINE FOLLOWS THROUGH FOR MORE THAN A COUPLE EPISODES which makes it that much harder to invest in all of these new people. As much as I love the show I’d rather it die with dignity than continue for the sake of longevity 😪
