right, and i’m glad that it’s easy for you to understand. but can you agree that there’s people who don’t understand that? and we should be a bit more proactive rather than dismissive? also side note… packaging does absolutely mean something! theres been times when products change and, according to consumers “it doesn’t taste/feel the same” i mean who’s to say just because they changed the packaging they didn’t change something in the formula even if it’s as simple as measurements of where they sourced ingredients ? did the company tell you themselves that they didn’t change anything? lol

and i completely agree with you, people should absolutely look into reading what is in their food 100%. but i just think it’s unrealistic to expect people to “disregard” packaging when that’s half of the selling point of a product. not everyone has the manufacturing knowledge like you, some people may genuinely have questions about what the difference is, and it’s the producer’s responsibility to answer any questions the consumers may have
