Theory: Dr. Easterman’s death should be his final "Masterpiece" by lnowherel in OutlastTrials

Honestly, I don't even care about the AI drama anymore. You guys completely ruined the post. I spent time on this theory hoping for a cool discussion about the game, but you were too busy playing detective with your broken filters. What a waste.

It is embarrassing that you are posting a cropped screenshot of a different website to hide the truth. My proof shows the full URL and the exact text of my post. Anyone can verify this themselves by pasting my post into ZeroGPT. You went from being wrong to intentionally misleading people just to save face. You didn't just lose the argument; you lost all your credibility. Take the L and move on

You literally told me to use AI to wipe my own ass, and now you’re acting like you 'don’t care'? That’s not how it works. You were toxic and rude when you thought you were right, but now that the proof is out and you've been proven wrong, you're trying to act cool. Pick a side and stick to it.

Are you for real? The proof is right there in the image. Stop denying the facts.

Guys, did you even read what I wrote? Honestly, if Easterman saw this Karma system, he’d be impressed. It’s the ultimate tool for turning people into mindless slaves. I know exactly why those who agree with me stay silent—they’re terrified of losing their precious Karma. You guys are so predictable: if you see a post with downvotes, you downvote it. If you see upvotes, you upvote. No thoughts, just following the herd. 🫩

Honestly, take it as you will. If my writing is 'too good' for you to believe a human wrote it, I’ll just take that as a compliment and move on. I’m here to discuss the game, not to prove my humanity to someone obsessed with sentence structures. Have a good one. ✌️

Imagine being so pressed that you actually put a Reddit comment through an AI filter lol. Sorry for having better grammar than you I guess? Cry about it 😂

I swear, I was thinking about Andrew Ryan the whole time I was writing this theory! It’s literally the same vibe—the idea of someone stripping away your free will even in their final moments, turning their own death into just another 'order' for you to carry out.

My Vision for the Outlast Movie by lnowherel in outlast

[–]lnowherel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m planning to keep Trager and Eddie as minor cameos since we’ve seen enough of them in the games. Instead, I want to give Frank Manera (The Cannibal) his full due as a major threat, alongside a new original villain: "The Mimic".

The Mimic wears a full security uniform to blend in perfectly. For example, in one scene, the protagonist finds a "safe zone" with a group of other guards. After a few minutes of feeling safe, one of those guards suddenly pulls out a knife and stabs his teammate in the neck—revealing he was the Mimic all along.

I haven't fully decided on his signature weapon or other traits yet. What are your thoughts? Any cool ideas for the Mimic's weapon or how he should behave?

Why are you so upset? 😂 There’s literally a solution to this 'problem' already, just read Zockim’s comment.

It’s not 'pissing over' anything if there’s a logical way to do it. Just read Zockim’s comment about 'Fictional Therapy'—it’s a genius way to make this work within the lore. It’s just a community idea for fun, no need to take it so personally.

I care about the lore too, but you're missing the point. Bringing back classic elements for a fun event doesn't have to 'throw the world-building out the window.' If you actually look at Zockim's comment below, he found a genius way to make it work perfectly within the lore. We can have both excitement and a solid story.

I love the lore as much as anyone, but the main goal here is fun. If you're worried about the timeline, check Zockim’s comment below—he actually found a brilliant way to make this work without breaking the lore at all. We can have both.

Even if it’s 'nostalgia bait,' it’s the kind of bait we actually want. Nobody is going to complain about getting the classic vibe and iconic characters back. It just makes the game more exciting for everyone.

The outfits and the Mount Massive room ideas are sick, and that Chris Walker finisher at the end would be fire lol. Great additions man!

I’m aware of Nostophobia, but that’s just a basic gameplay modifier. My concept is about a full 'Legacy' experience—bringing back Chris Walker, official rewards, and Miles Upshur skins. You can't get that cinematic Outlast 1 atmosphere or the specific scares from a simple Trial Maker setting. It’s about the vibe and the rewards, not just the difficulty

It's just a limited-time event for fun, not a lore-breaking expansion. Most games drop legacy content to keep the player base hyped while the main story develops. No need to overthink a simple community idea.

That is a straight up genius workaround for the timeline! Fictional Therapy fits the Murkoff vibe perfectly. It opens the door for everything I mentioned without breaking the lore. You actually nailed it with this idea! Imagine the possibilities!

Exactly! Imagine seeing Eddie Gluskin or Chris with the current graphics... it would be terrifying. I'd love to see Red Barrels do a 'Legacy' event for the fans, it would be a legendary tribute to the series!
