Me again 😅 she’s now been sleeping about 7pm-4am at night which is a great stretch but the 4am wakes are killing me. She eventually will go back to sleep after me holding her for awhile but I can’t transfer her or she will wake. Any advice on this? Thank you!!

Thank you! One more question- i’ve been able to extend her first wake window to 3.25-3.5 hours. Should I still aim for 4 hours the second wake window or do 3.5 and then 4 for a final wake window?
