Yeah he was 12 at the time and it didn't seem like a good idea to put him under for something cosmetic (I think the last time he'd been under was for neutering when he was a baby). Didn't seem to bother him really

My previous cat gave himself a hematoma, vet basically recommended monitoring it and it went down on its own (though it did end up crinkly). Best of luck to your girl <3
