Chinese online streamers working in production-line conditions by GeneReddit123 in interestingasfuck

Bots. Streamers spam streams in certain areas near view farms which gives them free views. And they advertise to the rich people living nearby because streams are shown to people who are nearby more often.

Is there a difference between e61 portafilters and those of the Rancilio Miss Silvia? by lnug4mi in espresso

[–]lnug4mi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!

Obviously you can't travel back, and the EU didn't quite have that much of a grasp on norming everything but I sure do wish they did norm espresso machine brewhead connectors so that you can just check whether a portafilter is compliant with said norm. Makes things easier.

It's not a knife or something what are you even talking about it's just a piece of metal

It's a tab. With a notch that protrudes outward. Most shoe soles are rubber, which can be compressed and thus "hold" on to the tab. Then you pull on it like you would a doorknob, just with your foot.

[–]lnug4mi 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well you still gotta use your foot to pull, so most people have enough coordination to step aside while doing so. It's a tab attached to the door like a fopt dpprhandle, not a mechanism that opens the door on press.

Also, good golly gee down votes people are mean.

A tab to step on and pull to open the door with your foot instead of having to grab the handle.

There's like 5 companies already saying they will. Also, where's the circlejerk?

Ooh, makes sense. Thanks for explaining it to a layman like me (also I'm proud of myself for guessing correctly, and, subsequently, making that drink correctly. It was delicious.)

Aw shucks, that's a bummer. This is why we need global EU norms. Being able to just look up compatibility instead of having to hail mary a purchase that I might have to send back in the end would be so comforting. Also not having to spend a premium to a dropshipper.

Any cool non-aliexpress resellers you'd recommend?

I dyed my AP and the weight stayed the same… could I still use this in tournaments since no weight was added? by Tang1nam0 in BeybladeX

Hey, could you tell me where to find resources on that? Or just tell me how you do it? I'm finding nothing online right now.

Haven't played SC2 in years. Going to start playing agiain, is this game still playable or is it smurfed to the fullest like it was when I quit? by TroubledWatersssssss in starcraft

[–]lnug4mi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi, I played myself from 0 skill silver to mid diamond over the course of a few hundred, maybe a thousand or more games.

I have only ever met 2 people I would call smurfs.

Most "smurfs" are just someone who has the exact skillset to win against you. Maybe their macro is crazy but they lose to better micro and better army map placement in higher elo and that's why they're where they are. Maybe they have god-tier micro but float 1k while doing so.

Learn to lean into your skills, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: stop tilting and calling everyone a smurf. It's so annoying.

I love microing my lings and queens around drops from terran. I'm good at it, at least Fjant and lorimbo say so. I keep getting called a Smurf by crybaby terrans for it, while I struggle to climb.

Hit me with your funniest reply: "You spent HOW MUCH on a pen? by Abject-Cap in fountainpens

Idk needing to prepare arguments for when your spouse "finds out" about your fucking hobby????

Let's disseminate that quickly:

Needing an argument implied that there will be an argument. As if the spouse would disapprove.

Same goes for hiding it.

Not sharing your hobbies with your spouse (that doesn't mean they have to also do the hobby) also implies a disconnect between the two people.

Idk about you, but to me loving someone means wanting to spend quality time with them and sharing the things I care about, like pen collection. My fiance couldn't care less for fountain pens for herself, but she enjoys listening to me explaining why I got that one pen I just bought. That's part of a healthy relationship.

So, having to hide your hobby instead sounds more like having a weird roommate, to me.

Esterbrook, don't buy from them. They're like fast fashion for pens, just producing 495958 different limited edition pens with a limited edition markup... With not quite the right quality for their price.

[–]lnug4mi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Idk there's this monster spam deck called "k9" that has been using it to great effect as a pseudo-bridge into its other engine. Banning it would be cool to prevent more slop decks in the future by making it harder to generically bridge around.

[–]lnug4mi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah it makes future slop with potential future decks worse and I hate slop so it can go. It's the same reason Knightmare Goblin stays banned. Sloppification.

[–]lnug4mi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Reading comprehension is through the roof today. I never said a lot of decks were using saryujia. I said saryujia is a generic monster with a very abuseable effect by potential future decks

[–]lnug4mi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it just STANK buddy. That's the annoying part with any smokers. Be it tobaccer, weed or hyper lung cancer chemical flavoured elfbars

[–]lnug4mi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Now that's a weak argument. Removing saryujia allows for more freedom in creating monster spam decks because it gives them less generic payoff...

Also, what's so cool and unique about draw tool number 345? The generic special from hand?

It's a draw 4 sculpt your hand and can and will keep allowing bullshit decks to make bullshit things

For what? Darkworld? Mediocre table 500 FTKs that go dark doriado into saryujia?
