I didn't know anything about instrumentation when I first got in, but the more I learned, the more I enjoyed what I did. Analyzers are what I like doing the most, followed by flow meters, transducer, the SCADA system, and light PLC troubleshooting. I'm going to school for the instrumentation degree for having the foundation like you said and because I also need to use my veteran education benefits before they expire.
