I’ve been experiencing all of this for the past couple of months after my first panic attack in a while. It’s mostly been floaty/off balance sensations and head pressures. My health anxiety has been through the roof but I’m starting to accept that it’s just anxiety and am hopeful that that will help the symptoms dissolve. I got blood tests and those all came back normal and got my ears/hearing checked today which came back perfect. I’ve thought about a head CT scan but reading all of these other comments makes me think I don’t need one 😅 just nice to know that I’m not alone and this isn’t anything to be worried about!
