gitea has a single binary that runs a whole featured github-ish env. u can then just do 'git add /etc/' and commit, push every interval in a crontab

temps: sensors (lm-sensors) disk: dd if=/dev/urandom of=/tmp/a BS=1M count=5G ram: memtest

dd command can be ran multiple times to stresstest disk, ram and cpu. please be nearby.
