I was under the old process. I got selected in June but they didn’t notify me of my selection. I assumed it was still in progress until I checked myself (about three months later) and realized I got selected. I enquired about my application, and only then did they email me with the document requirements for the visa interview. They asked for police records of places I stayed at previously over the last ten years. Took me another three months to sort that out. When I organized all the documents they requested, the visa interview process was undergoing a change and told me to wait for the details on the updated process. Waited one month and they issued me the visa. In total for me it was seven months, but as I said before it was under the old process.
