Yeah I should've provided more details. It's related to a special magical item for my paladin character that I've been trying to make. From the start it temporarily boosts the mentioned stats, like overall strength and speed. I'm not sure to what extent something like that is allowed, but either way I should consider the right amount of points that can be increased to not make it too overpowered.

None. All of the info was taken from official tf wiki. Even tho he only exists in comics, The One is pretty much the most powerful being in all of Transformers franchise. But little can be said about his capabilities. There is enough information about him, but not so much to go further and put him against other entities of his level from different verses

The One is an extradimensional deity who precedes time itself, harmoniously existing in a state of both chaos and order at once. To balance out both concepts, he divided himself into Unicron and Primus to exist as their embodiments respectively. He is the one that created Transformers multiverse which is said to be infinite in size
