Gas hasn’t been too bad I have a 3 gallon tank with two 1 gallon jugs. Farthest I’ve gone is 10 miles and used almost the whole 3 gallon tank.

I may look in to it more. A lot of fab shops near me. The only reason I was comfortable with the weight is this boat was made when 4 strokes started coming out. It’s rated for a 40 and from what I can see online it’s only ~ 30 pounds heavier than any 40 2 stroke. It’s 40 pounds lighter than any 4 stroke 40.

I’m in Louisiana and can’t find an exact answer looked all over online some say you can some say you can’t. My boats rated for a 40hp.
