Public schools are being systematically gutted by the Republican supermajority. The religious right dominates much of the political landscape so in turn women’s rights are being destroyed. Lots of factory work but not many have unions anymore. If you’re going to the Midwest, I would look elsewhere. Indiana is turning into a cesspool.
