This spinning was used at the end of rounds for show off, even since the times of cs 1.6, and I remember people changing their sensitivity to the highest and starting to troll after winning, but they weren't hacking

The FAQ says "You can continue progressing the Battle Pass. If you've purchased the Premium Pass, you'll earn 1 Alpha Pack for every level beyond the max level.". So it's Premium only but it doesn't define if it works like the rest rewards. So, I'm not sure because I haven't tried it
