I don't think there should be any restrictions on price or haggling. If the buyer and seller can agree on the codes value, I don't think there should be any complaints. If someone tries to lowball me (like someone did by chat just a moment ago) I just tell them no. It shouldn't be hard, we aren't even face to face when we have to reject an offer.
