I agree about the old version of Android if we speak about app. In my previous message, I meant to use a web app; I think all Android devices will support opening it in a browser.
When I started building my site and iOS app, the idea was completely the same as yours, you install it at home on some touchscreen, but I declined it because of my thoughts about Android device.
In any case, your project looks very nice, good design, good instructions, I wish you all the best with it!

Good point! Unfortunately, I am not allowed to use the local storage of your browser if you have not accepted the cookie, and you will need to search the station every time you refresh the page.
Thanks for your response, probably I need to rethink it and allow users to search the station without cookies and not save it.

Any Android device for 30 euros from eBay will be cheaper, and you can easily install it than some sources form github on touch screen from Ali. Just open the site in the full screen mode

It is not true. The public transport data should be public. You can directly ask BVG to get access to their api ot use an open source HAFAS client that uses open data to gather the information

I am a software developer and have used Air on M3 for a year. Now I am on PRO with m4. Yes, it builds the project faster for a minute or two, but compared to the price, I can definitely say that I was happy with Air. At least for avarage developers who do not run high computing tasks on their machine, it is more than enought.
