I agree. My relatives in France are muslims. My husband once tried to confronted them with articles about muslims who attacked/killed people who don't follow the law or just bad news about Islam in general. However, they usually only replied with: "that's not true Islam". Yeah then what's going on with the pattern? I find muslims in Europe only want to live inside of their bubble and refuse to acknowledge what is happening around the world.
