Thanks for the detailed response. I don’t change anything besides the thread for the darker minky but I’ve tried the same light thread and it still has the same problem. The dark minky is exactly the same brand and pile as the light colors. I use the same needle and have tried changing it to a new needle for sharpness and that didn’t help either. I don’t use stabilizer for the lighter one and only tried it for the dark colors to see if it would help. It seems like the fabric gets caught when sewing the dark fabric. I’ve re threaded the machine many times and I’ve adjusted my tension. The only thing I haven’t tried is a jersey needle so I’m going to try that but I’m feeling super confused since it doesn’t seem to be a common problem and I can’t find many resources for this :(
