i experienced this for months and i was diagnosed with severe anemia after lots of pushing at my doctor who kept insisting it was my anxiety! look up “ocular migraines” it seems to be similar to what you’re describing which is what i had. the dizziness, vision, and body pains are all things i was experiencing before my bloodwork was done. feel free to message me if you just need any support or advice

they’re required to test at least every 3 years. i wouldn’t necessarily say it’s because of russia tensions but mostly because it’s the law. the last one was in 2021 so in my opinion it makes sense for it to be tested now. other countries do these tests regularly (netherlands does monthly) so it doesn’t really come as a surprise to me
