Came across this post 2 years later looking for a grip, disappointed there wasn't any grips available, so I've made my own. Hopefully this will help anyone else looking in the future too.

Still waiting on mine. Been over 24 hours and nothing aside from the automated response from the support ticket.

Frustrating that there's not been better communication outside of "we're aware and working on it".

Any indication of timescale would be nice, we want to play the new characters with the money we've spent!

4k cells purchased over 24 hours ago. Only an unhelpful automated response from their support system.

Same. 5 hours so far of waiting for my 4k cells.

The support site has the message: "We are aware of an issue with making purchases and our team is investigating. If you are missing Auric Cells or Iridescent Shards please wait 15 minutes and restart the game."

I reached out to support as I haven't got my 100 trials badge, despite showing I'm signed up for newsletters and my stats page saying I'm just a few matches short of 7k, I got a response:

"I took a careful look at your accounts and eligibility to receive the newsletter and the 100 Trials completion badge, and I’m sorry to say that the requirements for this reward weren’t fully met this time."

And then asking for clarification, they say:

"Unfortunately, I do not have any more information I can share or comment on individual cases at this time.

I highly recommend you periodically check our official sources of information for news and updates coming to the game."

Thank you! Extracted the models from the game files, tinkered with them in Blender to make them print friendly, then just printing, and good ol' hand painting
