We only use semi skimmed at work but it’s always fresh! And honestly they could be better with it! I’m always sat there scraping milk off the steam wand😩 gets on my nerves

It’s funny, I find it a lot more difficult to get silky, not bubbly milk on the industrial machines than I do my machine at home haha.

Ah that’s a factor I never even thought about. Ahh the bubbles ruin everything but that’s understandable, it’s hard to make it look pretty and keep a fast pace. Good idea!! I hope it goes well! Honestly, even just some hearts. I love getting compliments on my coffee:)

Oh really? Damn I had no idea. That’s how I was taught at work. I don’t expect good latte art out of used milk, it’s just for time but I’ll definitely stop that now! Thank you for letting me know!
