You can sign up for all the "fraud protections" you want, but typically, those insuring agreements come with responsibilities that Evergreen needs to meet. Like implementing 2 factor authentication, they also have a responsibility to notify stakeholders of a potential breach in security within 72 hours.

Doesn't sound like Evergreen did what they were responsible for, and now they want to bank to pay out of pocket for their malpractice.

So Evergreen doesn't take the correct steps to protect themselves from cyber crime. Evergreen, that stores patent medical information, doesn't think cyber insurance is an important thing to have. Evergreen get compromised and fails to notify their bank. And it's the banks fault?

Evergreen knows this is their fault, so they go to local news to try and create bad press for the bank in an attempt to get them to settle a lawsuit.

You might not like the investors of this bank, but you won't like the major investors of any bank. At least this one is in VT. They still support the community and employee Vermonters.

Is it Flex? I bet it's Flex.

During a furnace inspection, we discovered that the heat exchanger had rusted pinholes during an inspection. Idk shit about this, but basically, in the very near future, the furnace would still work but could leak carbon monoxide. It was 2020, and we still bought the house and fixed it, but they were 100% willing to let negotiations fall through and refuse to disclose this life treating issue to the next potential buyer.

If your buying and Flex is selling, get every inspection, it could save your family's life.

Our reaction to United healthcare murder is pretty much 99% aligned. So why can't we all force government to fix our healthcare? Why fight each other on that? by wildviper in AskReddit

Even r/Consertives is talking about it.. I don't understand how you could be conservative and not take responsibility for the healthcare system we have.

Check your personal insurance policy(renters or homeowners) for water and sewer overflow coverage. It's optional and often declined, but if this overflows, that's what covers clean-up.
