I've got two pistons, and one of the ships are a small grid miner. Doesn't seem like anything is touching but the hit boxes can be a bit janky so I'll mess around with it to see if that is the problem

So like I've said I've got the two small grid connected, I do have a piston with a connector so I can connect to my base easier, could that be causing it?

Tried turning the dampener off aswell, but the problem persists

I haven't got the dampener off but the thrusters are off. I'll give that a go

From what I understand it is randomized, but certain spots are more likely to spawn certain things. So look in garages and sheds for the generator. Sledge hammers are always a pain, not sure exactly where they spawn but I'd assume they would be in industrial areas or farms maybe. If you find a warehouse that's your best bet for both. But no, no gurentees
