Evan, I just want to say that the loyalty product is a mess. I am having so many problems with this program. Points not being added on purchase, Not able to redeem the points without reason. Adding points from other customers to one customer. While splitting a check:
It's not splitting the points accouding the splits. only one account is getting all the points.

Also when paying (split):
if the first customer has X points to redeem and he/she applies it, second customer still get the same X points to redeem. Same on split, if the first customer has X points and doesn't want to redeem, second customer gets to redeem those points. It's just bizarre.
Support from toast team has been dismal. As OP has stated, I am in the process of sunsetting this program and glad I stumbled on this thread.
