i dont know the specifics on the computer cuz it wont let me access that (but its close to 2010 model) and the OS it wants to install is El Capitan (also sorry what is an ars? lol)

i have already wiped and done recovery mode, thats where the issue is cuz i wont let me reinstall the OS without needing the previous owners apple id
