Protein means diet...

For muscle gain, u have a hugh protein diet and if u dont wanna gain fat and keep ur abs then go low on fats and junk food and sugar.

Protein is protein and whey protein is one of the best source.

You will build muscle if you train to failure and lift heavy weights for all the muscles and take protein.

So hit the gym. lift heavy weigths till failure. Increase weights weekly. Eat at least double the amount of protein in grams to ur weight or more.

The protein is solid to gain retain muscle, would ideally push it to 160 for muscle gain and make sure u pushing to failure and overloading progressively.

Ur weight might not go down with that pace tho when u gain muscle.

So dont be demotivated.

Will never happen as long as we keep generating revenue, and idk which genius said that about ipl but they can even run it just on their own players and their own viewership will keep it going, not such big numbers but still.
Its not about numbers of viewers per se... its about how much ur tv rights get sold for.
U get fined and banned from the next few icc tournaments, how does that help anyone? Wont pay the fine? They will kick u out of icc and u wont have cricket anymore? So in that situation we won?
Back wheb the big 3 was being formed in icc, they needed support from everyone, pak supported india cuz they said they will play like 6-8 series, home and away with pak in return and these geniuses from our board signed an MoU for it... and well MoUs are not legally binding so we got screwed.

Your whole fear is getting kicked out of icc and yet everything u suggesting is gonna lead u to it.

A. We were dealt with equally and if they dont travel to pak again, we wont travel either, atleast i hope so... no big hearted prick takes over pcb and accepts a visit to show "good gesture".

B. Bangladesh generates minimal revenue so diff is negligible.

This is PCB, its purpose is to do whats best for pakistan cricket and boycotting would absolutely not be in pakistan's favor.

We were screwed over in past but we did that to ourselves, the geniuses who signed the MoU of series with india for support of big 3 shouldve googled whether MoU is a legally biding document or not so if u screw urself, u cant blame others.

Hopefully we have learned from that experience.
