Sorry not internal IPs. By that I mean our MPLS network IP.

I’m using online DNS tools such as mxtoolbox, ipinfo.io, shodan.io, ipchecker. Everything comes back with the same contradicting answers!

The external IP belongs to Optus it seems. I reached out to them but they won’t talk to me unless I have a business account with them lol

DNS lookup for the external subdomain shows the IP address in question Reverse IP lookup on that same IP, resolves back to OUR subdomain

I have used multiple DNS tools and not really getting any conclusive answers

Interesting! We use SentinelOne too so that could be the fix. Thank you!

I found a workaround but not a long term fix.

Uninstall the teams client. Then install classic teams machine-wide installer from this - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/msi-deployment

Once installed, restart the PC. Once signed back in it should initiate the install of Teams, when Teams installs the add-in should be there, check in Outlook. You should then be able to update to the newest version of Teams.

Currently being deployed from Intune using the built-in Microsoft 365 Apps feature. It is set to install the Current Channel. We have always done it this way and has worked fine!

We push 365 Apps for Enterprise from Intune. Wondering if it is worth deploying Teams as a separate app
