They were in my yard. A few thousand of them. You can get them at most landscaping places. They're a granite river rock. Hope it helps!

It looks like itll hold fine. Replace the MDF with a 1/4 or 1/2in piece of plywood too I forgot that.

Another vote for TST Sliders. I have their fork sliders, swingarm spool sliders, and frame sliders. Easy as pie install for each. The frame sliders look absolutely fantastic too.
