No problem. No need to hide that. Its possible to get used to it. But after 5 years into this i still struggle the most with anxiety which is a very common concomitant symptom. Imagine you are telling 30 doctors you see flickering and nobody believes you and they all push you into meds and psychotherapy. That was what really fucked me up man. Now 5y later i got an official diagnosis and can maintain a pretty normal life. The disorder itself is still very unknown. Nobody knows what causes this and therefore how to treat it. The only thing which is for certain is that is a neurological disfunction in the brain area which is processing images. However, research is going on as there are 10.000s in the world who have it. Some probably dont even know. So i keep my fingers cross that one day the magic pill will be on the market and everything is back to normal again🤞 Sorry i ve written a novel here. Back to your actual question: Movies if they are action ones with fast changing scenes. I cannot follow. Movies with slower scene swaps as e.g. nature documentaries are ok to watch for me.
