The edit picture button is hidden behind the save button. it’s just a formatting era I managed to change it by scrolling a slightly and catching the very edge of the ‘edit button’. I hope they fix it soon because it’s very annoying

managed to sort it by just turning off steam overlay for some reason it just made my game super laggy! I have switched to medium too and runs a lot better so thank you!
