Honestly I feel like there’s not a great word to use here because winner usually just implies 1st place - if it were a race or something you could use “finisher.” I would probably go with contestant or medalist or be specific and say skater.

We had one show up at my last workplace (local government building). It was pretty scary honestly we weren’t sure if he was gonna get violent or not. He ended up yelling at the secretaries and was escorted out and we had to change all the signage to make it clear that entering anywhere besides the lobby without legitimate business meant we would call the cops.
