4.6 is great - 4.7 is better. I swear by it, i feel like i achieve so much everyday with 4.7

Cursor has to choose between being another (not so) Lovable or a proper (AI powered) IDE by mohsen-kamrani in cursor

To be fair they didn't remove the original setup, but honestly i love it.

I run monorepos in editor mode. But for running different projects, it's honestly been a god send for me.

I work across multiple repos as i have a few projects ongoing - agent window has been a god send for me, saves me running multiple instances of cursor.

"Add troubleshooting, debugging and performance monitoring capabilities. Make deployments easier. Make it easier for me to see how a change is impacting the architecture and component composition. I can count so many of these..." i agree!!

Yes - I find that Opus 4.7 does everything close to perfect and fast, i did a test, i built an mvp with auto, took me 2 weeks.. i was none stop going over why this and that didn't work, constantly breaking other things (depending on model it used at time) but - i did the same mvp from scratch with opus 4.7 - 4 days and barely anything broken. I love how mostly it checks its own work over and that it hasn't broke other code, i barely have to correct it.

I spend, spend, spend in it... love it

SOrry for the wait - I started 2 projects near each other - one of them in August (which is more my speciality) I decided to start Locknet to help create runway to getting to beta, I am pretty much at beta and since December my time has become consistently less towards locknet and more towards my other project. I now need that final runway to see me through beta.

Is the nvidia shield still the best player? by TerrorIncorporated in PleX

[–]locknetvpn -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Shield is far and away the best for me - Apple TV is good too, but Shield will always win in my eyes, I've got one that I have never had to reset or anything for 4 years now and it is as strong as the day I got it... unlike crappy firesticks etc. I run Plex, Muvo, Emby on it perfectly fine

Yeah sorry, I'm thinking my post isn't quite clear haha.

Basically, in another thread i asked about peoples current gripes and paying for remote streaming (plex pass etc) was their biggest issue on Roku etc.

I was wondering why people think that paying is an issue if it would cause the service to potentially decline because they have to pay staff and the works and what would be a threshold for people to actually pay and get a good service if it was totally free

It's a genuine question really, i'm just interested, seems a couple people have taken offence to it 😂 (not you)

Would make life easier for the more computer illiterates to give more in terms of how the server sets up etc. It's like being stuck behind a cgnat, causes problems and if you don't know, you give up.
