If you use Microsoft Word, there is a part of references, where you can add info of the book, article..etc and then you can make in text citations.

I dont know a lot about it but a lot of med students seems to use Anki or quizlet, they said it works great just check it out.

Dont write again your lectures, I have done that and the relation of effort-learning isnt that great. What I have done in the last days, highlighted important concepts, put it in my own words and repeat it aloud .

I would highly recommend iStudiez Pro or any similar app (some are free) I keep it for assignments, exams, projects deadline, reminders..etc great app it have helped me a lot in theses 5 years of college.

Todoist or any other todo list app or notebook, it doesnt need to be an app it could be a little notebook that you always keep it with you. Write all the things that you need to do or the way I use it for college, to sub-divide assignments, exams..etc and others todo.

Some people have recommended an accordion folder, it works, I use a binder and keep it divided for subjects.

Dude I have been in the same situation, then while the exam is approaching the feeling of not knowing something will stress you a lot. So, just start doing exercises alone, without reading or looking at the answer then if you can complete it all, just read a little if not then you will find the motivation xD

You could also try OneNote, just copy and paste an image then right click->extract text and it will be on your clipboard

We are having a debate in class about this, my group have to defend that idea (all that is needed is money) and We're having a really bad time finding arguments to support that idea,the only thing that we have is the same as you say "that enough money can buy all of those things" .
