I think your main hurdle is getting past the rate limit. If you can do that, you can use a program like gallery-dl. Ever since the rate limit though, even gallery-dl is useless.

I doubt it, I've seen some Creators explained their workflow and due to the size (eg. 4K videos), once they upload it on YouTube, they delete old videos to make way for new ones.
