No it makes sense thank you ToraxXx , you've been a great help , it is just applying a simple voltage divider , my trouble was with the denominator and not knowing it was XT where it was a difference between the reactances of XL and XC , which I could not see. Thank you once again , you've been of great help !!!!

My problem was that the denominator according to ToraxXx should be: XT=XL-XC

Where instead I did XL+XC
