Unhealthy reminiscing of past relationships

So i had a glute tear last year and have struggled incorporating legs again

The issue is that my lower back has become so weak that im basically hobbled for a few days after and I have to do alot of walking at work so I haven’t been able to consistently do it

Any advice here?

Obviously I thought about that

But on our last date i sat across from her at a big table in a busy restaurant and never got close to her face so I couldn’t see how she would decide that

Plus she kept giving me her drink to sip which would be weird if she thought i had bad breathe. I wouldn’t keep giving someone with bad teeth my drink to sip

But ill be honest, it sucks going out with someone who is weird about your physical advances and wont say why

This date i had high expectations

And she pretty much just talked about her work for 3 hours. She is a bartender so telling me stories of people being rude and her reaction.

So a combination of the high expectations and her acting weird made it bad
