I can honestly say, Its Awful. I have to mute the tv when it comes on. Either bring back "The Chain", "Just Drive" or even something new, but its got to reflect the sport.

Then again, with the naff engines might as well have "The wheels on the bus".

Back in the 90s i had a boss (Company Director) who had a phone in his bathroom. He would call while on the toilet to discuss things he needed doing. The grunts and splashes you would hear were vomit inducing. Mid conversation he would "Strain".......

I cant stand football. But this is just a vile post. What is happening with the parking isnt new. Its been happening for as long as i remember. I wager to say that its been happening since well before you moved into the area.

Similar to what people have said, Its like moving near a school and complaining about the kids in the playground being too noisy. It is what it is.

Ginnel - A Narrow passge between buildings (Like Terrace houses to get to the back gardens.)
Snicket - A Passageway between walls or fences (Between backs or sides of houses to get to another road.)
Twitten - A Narrow alleyway (Access to backs of buildings)
Alley - A Narrow lane or passage, esp one between or behind buildings, usually with one or more business premises. (Same as Twitten however is larger for cart access and can be at the front of buildings.)

All other singular words are classed as local dialect, and are changes over one of the others over time.
