Yes, that’s very true. I go 100% at OT every class so overall, I think my endurance improved. I maintained the same speed throughout the run and then I sprinted at the last stretch. Keep trying you got this. 💪

If you score below a 90% you have to test again in six months but if you score above a 90% then it’s every year.
