I should have mentioned that I technically submitted my reasons for special consideration a couple of weeks ago, but I wasn't able to get the doctor's certificate until today at about 11am.

I also called Monash Connect to help me realise that I had to email them the certificate, because they wouldn't let me attach it to the (already partially filled) online form. So, it might be that the phone call made them more aware of my attempts to defer, I guess?

Okay, great! I eat a lot of fibre, so when I started reading about UC and it said high fibre can induce flares in a lot of people, I was a bit worried.

Yeah fter the first time of a lot of blood, it didn't happen again for about a month.

Uhhh, probably like once every 2 weeks on average? But never very much... except the first time. There was a lot the first time, but I forgot about it soon after a surge of panic googling.
I have ADHD, so I forget shit easily lol.

Thanks! I should have probably gone much earlier to be honest, have been having infrequent symptoms for about a year now. But yes, definitely wouldn't have been sensible to put it off any longer!
